FINANCIAL & INSURANCE

Financial & insurance considerations should never get in the way of your oral health care.  We are contracted with most dental insurance providers, and will file claims with all insurances.  If you are unsure whether we are a contracted provider with your insurance, please call us!

To help us with your insurance filing please bring in your insurance card and information to you or your child’s dental appointment, and update us with any change of insurance.  Insurance plans vary and can be confusing.  If you have received a treatment plan and explanation of benefits from our office and have questions, please call us.

For more extensive treatment plans (for example, an orthodontic treatment plan or a plan which includes many crowns and/or implants) we work with Lending Club Patient Solutions.
